Job summary

EPIC seeks a Data Scientist to advance Artemetrx, our analytics platform, enabling cost and utilization insights for clients across the United States. You will help build, implement, and scale models that improve decision-making and support AI-enabled drug management tools.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in healthcare analytics, strong SQL, and Python or R experience, plus the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and work independently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare analytics experience or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of predictive, statistical, and ML models.
• Analyze healthcare data to identify trends and inform client strategy.
• Prepare, clean, transform, and validate datasets for analytics and dashboards.
• Develop reusable analytical code following team standards.
• Communicate findings through summaries, dashboards, and presentations.
