Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare and/or pharmaceutical analytics experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, Math, CS).
• Experience with healthcare data, pharmacy/PBM data, or medical claims.
• Strong SQL for data extraction and querying.
• Proficiency with Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain predictive, statistical, and ML models.
• Analyze pharmacy and medical claims data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare, clean, transform, and validate data for analytics and dashboards.
• Collaborate with consultants, clinicians, analysts, and product teams.
• Document methods, data definitions, and model logic for transparency.
