Job summary

RLDatix in the United States is seeking a remote or office-based Data Migration Project Manager to lead healthcare data migration engagements, managing scope, timelines, risks and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project outcomes.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive client meetings and status updates, and develop plans and documentation to promote delivery excellence while supporting safer patient care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in healthcare technology or related fields.
• Experience managing complex client-facing projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project planning, scope, risk management, and delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Managing healthcare data migration projects to ensure successful delivery within approved scope, timelines, and Statements of Work.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and project activities in order to maintain alignment on priorities, dependencies, and project readiness.
• Leading client communications, project meetings, and status reporting to drive stakeholder engagement and informed decision-making.
• Monitoring project risks, scope changes, decisions, and validation readiness in order to proactively identify issues and support successful project outcomes.
• Developing project plans, documentation, and process improvements to promote delivery consistency, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
