RLDatix, Boston, seeks a Senior Associate Data Migration Consultant to independently deliver complex migrations and integrations for healthcare clients. You will diagnose issues, leverage AI to optimize workflows, and manage project costs to ensure value-driven outcomes.

You will collaborate with client and internal teams, execute scalable architectures, and support advanced service requests, balancing speed with accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience implementing or supporting Epic in a professional setting.
Proven track record in data migration, system integrations and healthcare tech.
Ability to diagnose and resolve moderate-scope technical challenges using analytical methods.
Exposure to AI/automation use cases in service workflows and data quality.
