Responsibilities

• Process enrollment and account forms with accurate data entry.
• Maintain participant accounts including enrollments, renewals, terminations, and address changes.
• Update CIP documentation and assist with transfers and closures.
• Perform quality reviews to ensure data accuracy before finalizing transactions.
• Communicate updates using approved templates.
• Support Enrollment and Partner Integration teams with data-entry tasks.
