Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, CS, Engineering, or equivalent.
3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare or SaaS.
Experience with large, complex datasets and data investigations.
Experience supporting product development or analytics-driven decisions.
Strong SQL proficiency (intermediate to advanced).
Experience with Databricks, Spark or similar platforms.
Programming in Python, SQL, R, Scala, or Java.
Experience with BI tools like Looker.
Experience using AI tools to support data analysis and automation.
Knowledge of data governance, quality, and stewardship.

Responsibilities

Conduct advanced data analysis on complex datasets to identify trends and insights.
Analyze provider and organizational data to resolve entity matching and data structures.
Lead data investigations to resolve quality issues and support initiatives.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services on data solutions.
Document and track project work in systems such as DevOps.
Identify improvements to outreach strategies and data processes.
