VetsEZ seeks a Data Analyst to support remote implementation and operation of a statewide Health Information Exchange (HIE) and Health Data Utility (HDU). The role blends dashboard development, population health analysis, and clinical quality measurement for reporting and insights.

The candidate will translate clinical quality specifications into reporting logic, build dashboards, and collaborate with engineering and clinical teams. A 5+ year background in healthcare analytics and BI is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, public health, health informatics, statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience spanning dashboards, population health analytics, and reporting.
• Experience delivering healthcare analytics and BI outputs with SQL and visualization skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop dashboards, reports, and visuals for program, provider, and payer stakeholders.
• Analyze utilization, patient cohorts, care gaps, and population health trends.
• Translate clinical quality specs (HEDIS/MIPS) into analytic logic and calculations.
• Build and validate reporting queries, datasets, and measure calculations.
• Collaborate with engineering and clinical teams to remediate data issues.
• Document metric definitions, methods, assumptions, and explain findings to stakeholders.
• Take on additional tasks to support project success.
