Job summary

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute is seeking a Business Analyst/BI Analytics professional to support Data as a Service (DaaS), standardized reporting, and self-service analytics across the organization.

You will gather requirements from business leaders, document data needs, and help the Informatics/BI team operate in an Agile DevOps setting to enable data-driven decision making for cancer care in Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 5+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with healthcare data in clinical oncology preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL and data governance; familiarity with Azure DevOps and PowerBI.
• Valid state Driver’s License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in enabling Data as a Service (DaaS) and standardized reporting and analytics.
• Support self-service reporting for business units.
• Elicit data- and reporting-related requirements from leaders and analysts.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements for the BI team.
• Operate in an Agile BI Analytics DevOps environment to measure success.
