Optum is seeking an experienced health lawyer to serve as in‑house counsel for naviHealth and ISNP within Home & Community Care Solutions. The role requires deep knowledge of Medicare Advantage, provider networks, and privacy laws, with remote work flexibility across the U.S.

Collaboration with business teams and regulators will be essential. The candidate should have a JD, 10+ years in healthcare law, and a proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, with strong communication

Formación

• Juris Doctorate degree.
• 10+ years of healthcare law experience.
• Health Care regulatory experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal health care, insurance, privacy and related laws.
• Proven ability to build rapport with superiors, peers and external contacts.
• Ability to independently decide on complex legal and corporate issues.

Responsabilidades
