Job summary

Memorial Health is seeking a PRN Digital Communications Specialist to support user-centered design across digital initiatives. You will help create, execute and optimize digital campaigns, content and experiences across web platforms, ensuring brand alignment and data-informed decisions.

The role focuses on maintaining a strong online presence, planning content, and collaborating with teams to meet Memorial Health System’s Safety, Integrity, Quality and Stewardship values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field.
• One to three years of experience in digital communications, content creation.
• Healthcare experience is helpful but not required.
• Experience with social media platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Reddit, TikTok, Snapchat and others.
• Experience with content management systems and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social and others.

• Advocate for user-centered design across digital initiatives.
• Support creation, execution and optimization of digital campaigns and content.
• Design, maintain and optimize the digital front door suite; ensure brand-aligned, technically sound, data-informed web content.
