Centene Corp. is seeking an Operations Configuration and Integration Analyst to create, update, test and maintain system configuration for claims adjudication in a multi-state managed care environment.

You will analyze rules, benefit plans and provider reimbursement logic, develop test scenarios, and support end-to-end configuration changes. The role requires collaboration with IS Analysts and Programmers and a focus on increasing automation and accuracy while aligning with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a managed care environment.
• 2–3 years of automated medical claims experience in a managed care setting.
• Experience with system testing and configuration changes.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, test, and maintain configuration tables and files for claims adjudication.
• Analyze and load rules edits, benefit plans, and provider reimbursement rules.
• Develop and run testing scenarios; perform unit and end-user testing.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve claims processing.
• Collaborate with IS Analysts and Programmers on system changes.
