Job summary

Recover Medical Group is seeking a Quality Assurance and Improvement professional to support regulatory compliance, audits, licensing, reporting, and quality initiatives across our outpatient programs.

You will partner with program management, leadership, and the QA team to ensure state and local requirements are met, drive improvements, and manage internal monitoring and external audits. The role is full-time, 40 hours weekly, with options for fully remote work or working from one of our sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in compliance, QA, healthcare ops, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory audits, licensing, and certification processes.
• Experience analyzing data and translating findings into actions.
• Proficient in documenting and reporting requirements.
• Experience with EHR data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate licensing, certification, and regulatory submissions on time.
• Prepare for audits and external quality reviews.
• Manage state and county reporting requirements and timeliness.
• Monitor EHR reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with management to drive process improvements.
