Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Compliance Auditor to conduct coding, documentation, and billing audits focused on Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Urology services. You will analyze complex claims, identify risks, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve compliance and reimbursement accuracy.

The ideal candidate has advanced knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, and payer policies, with 4–8 years of experience and a professional coding certification.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, reimbursement methodologies.
• Experience with Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Urology services.
• Coding certification (AAPC, AHIMA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct coding, billing, and documentation audits to identify risks.
• Review records and claims for regulatory and payer compliance.
• Analyze audit findings, identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to leadership.
• Educate physicians, coders, and staff on coding and compliance.
