Cardinal Health is seeking a Compliance Auditor to perform coding, documentation, and audit reviews focused on Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Urology services. You will analyze complex claims, identify risks, and deliver education to providers and staff to improve compliance and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM and reimbursement methodologies, and will collaborate across Compliance, Revenue Cycle, Coding, and Operations teams to

• Coding certification from an accredited source (AAPC, AHIMA, etc.).
• 4-8 years of experience, preferred.
• Undergraduate degree, preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct coding and documentation audits to identify compliance and reimbursement risks.
• Review medical records and claims for regulatory, payer, and organizational compliance.
• Analyze audit findings, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to leadership and staff.
• Educate physicians, coders, and staff on coding and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate external audit responses and submit required documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of coding guidelines and payer policies.
