TeleSpecialists is seeking a Client Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of healthcare client accounts. This remote Midwest role requires residence in the Midwest and proximity to a major airport; you will drive revenue growth through strategic cross-selling and superior client service.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Quality, and Medical Staff, conduct onsite or virtual meetings, and maintain Salesforce updates to reflect activity and renewal plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Five or more years of sales, consulting, strategic project management, or account management within a healthcare organization.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or an equivalent system.

Responsibilities

• Identify decision-makers and engage to achieve revenue goals.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies using client insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Quality, and Medical Staff to address challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead renewal discussions with solution-based negotiations.
• Maintain Salesforce updates reflecting key account activities and follow-ups.
