Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking a Level II support center agent based in Ohio to assist Molina members and providers across Medicaid, Medicare and Marketplace lines. You’ll resolve issues, document interactions, and contribute to process improvements while upholding Molina values.

You will work within Molina hours, handle multiple channels, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer service and timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service, call center and/or sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicable software programs.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide level II support center customer service across multiple channels including phone, chat and email.
• Resolve member/provider issues related to benefits, claims, eligibility and portal usage.
• Document calls accurately across platforms and document actions taken.
• Meet or exceed performance goals in call quality, attendance and adherence.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to improve member/provider experience.
• Demonstrate empathy and build rapport with customers to ensure retention.
