You will connect business stakeholders with engineers, document user stories, map processes, support data migration, and contribute to sprint ceremonies while working remotely within the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar.
• Experience writing user stories and managing backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the connective tissue between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Elicit and document clear business requirements through interviews and workshops.
• Map current and future-state processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Write unambiguous user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and groom product backlog with stakeholders.
