Qualifications

• Associate's degree in information technology, business, or related field OR equivalent work experience
• Analytical skills
• Problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and corrective action plans
• Knowledge of business requirement solicitation process
• Experience writing, participating in, or managing projects
• Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements or guidance relevant to healthcare industry (HIPAA/CMS)

Responsibilities

• Leads development of scope, requirements and business objectives for projects or initiatives
• Identifies system/application issues and opportunities to minimize disruption
• Monitors system availability and communications to the team
• Develops test plans and coordinates testing for operational changes
• Supports data-driven solution recommendations
• Builds relationships with subject matter experts across departments
• Collaborates with IT, CI and other divisions to meet operational goals
• Maintains and optimizes business process documents, dashboards, and reports
