Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of healthcare payer technology, data analytics, or reporting experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Facets data structures and payer operations.
• Advanced SQL expertise including optimization and large-scale analysis.
• Experience delivering analytics, reporting, or automation from requirements to deployment.
• Strong understanding of healthcare payer data domains.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Facets data across multiple domains to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop complex SQL queries, reconciliations, and operational dashboards.
• Design and implement automation solutions using SQL, Python, APIs, and scripting.
• Create monitoring, data validation, and reporting processes for operations.
• Perform data profiling, root-cause analysis, testing and quality improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and audit controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
