Advocate Health is seeking a data analytics professional to build and maintain reports and dashboards that clearly present data to stakeholders. You will validate dataset accuracy, analyze healthcare program outcomes, and translate business needs into actionable metrics and visualizations.

Remote work is not highlighted; typical schedule is Monday–Friday with 40 hours per week, and a pay range noted for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, data science, finance, business analytics, health informatics, or related field.
• Epic Cogito Fundamentals, Caboodle Data Model and Clarity Data Model accreditations to be obtained within 180 days.
• Typically 0–2 years of experience in analytics or healthcare domains.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains reports, dashboards, and self-service solutions for stakeholders.
• Validates accuracy and integrity of datasets and datamarts used for analyses.
• Analyzes datasets to identify trends and outcomes of healthcare programs with SME oversight.
• Translates business needs into metrics, reports, and visualization tools.
• Adheres to data stewardship guidelines and regulations for reporting and handling sensitive data.
