Job summary

Infojini Inc. is seeking an experienced architect to own the Amazon Connect contact center across member, provider and self-service journeys. You will design IVR/IVA, routing, and omnichannel experiences while bridging business needs with technical delivery.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years IT, 4–6+ years AWS architecture, 3+ years Amazon Connect in production, and healthcare contact center exposure. This remote role offers contract-to-hire and leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT experience delivering customer-facing solutions.
4–6+ years in AWS cloud / solution architecture.
3+ years hands-on with Amazon Connect in production environments.
Healthcare contact center experience is required.
Demonstrated experience improving authentication, self-service, and/or containment metrics.

Responsibilities

Drive the conversation with the business — lead sessions to surface goals and requirements.
Bridge business and IT by translating requirements for development teams.
Own end-to-end architecture of the Amazon Connect contact center across journeys.
Design IVR/IVA, routing, and omnichannel experiences optimized for self-service.
Oversee integration with healthcare enterprise systems and CRM.
Lead design reviews and facilitate decisions to maintain momentum.
