Job summary

Brillio is seeking a Lead Amazon Connect Engineer to design, implement, and optimize cloud-based contact center solutions for healthcare environments. You will work across AWS services to create scalable, secure, and compliant customer journeys.

Bring hands-on expertise with Amazon Connect, Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, and related tools, while mentoring engineers and ensuring HIPAA-aligned handling of PHI. This role partners with business teams to modernize provider and member workflows.

Qualifications

10+ years in systems or cloud engineering roles.
3+ years designing and supporting Amazon Connect solutions.
Strong knowledge of AWS services and serverless architectures.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and deployment of Amazon Connect-based contact centers.
Build contact flows, IVR logic, routing profiles, queues, and messaging.
Develop integrations using AWS Lambda, Lex, and other services.
Design self-service experiences with Amazon Lex to improve containment.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews.
Maintain runbooks, documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
