ECPI University is seeking instructors for its undergraduate Healthcare Administration program. This remote, part-time role welcomes industry professionals to share practical experience and provide hands-on instruction.

Training, mentoring, and ongoing faculty support are provided. Applicants must be available evenings and weekends to accommodate adult learners across five-week courses, with a focus on student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's in Healthcare Administration or a Master’s with 18 graduate hours in the discipline from a regionally accredited institution.
• Ph.D. in Healthcare Administration preferred.
• 5–10 years experience in health care administration or related field (within last 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Teach in undergraduate Healthcare Administration program.
• Teach one live session per week and hold one live office hour via Zoom.
• Available evenings and weekends to support adult learners.
• Provide mentoring and faculty support to students.
