Dragonfly Health is seeking an Account Manager to nurture hospice and home-health partnerships, drive customer success, and coordinate multi-team initiatives. You will build trusted client relationships, review quarterly performance, and align our solutions with patient care goals.

The role supports onboarding, ongoing education, and long-term expansion, with a focus on quality care, cost management, and strong customer partnerships across the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare account management, hospice, pharmacy services, or client success.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer meetings, business reviews, and action-item follow-through.
• Coordinate with Billing, Operations, and Sales to ensure seamless service.
• Onboard new customers and support implementations and post-go-live education.
• Maintain accurate customer records and monitor health and utilization trends.
• Collaborate with Clinical Managers to optimize medication utilization and outcomes.
