Job summary

Automated Health Systems is offering full-time remote Call Center/Customer Service Representative positions with equipment pickup on the first day at our Pittsburgh, PA location. You will assist individuals with information and support regarding benefits, providing accurate information and high-quality customer service.

The role requires at least 2 years in a call center, experience in health/human services, strong PC skills, and a high school diploma/GED (associates preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a call center environment required.
• Experience in health/human services and knowledge of Medicaid preferred.
• Strong PC proficiency required.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
