Job summary

Automated Health Systems is seeking a Call Center/Customer Service Representative for full-time remote work. You will assist individuals with benefits information and provide accurate, friendly support. Equipment may be picked up on day one at our Pittsburgh, PA location.

The requirements include at least 2 years in a call center, PC proficiency, and a HS diploma/GED (associates degree preferred). Medicaid knowledge is a plus; bilingual skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a call center environment required.
• Experience in health/human services and knowledge of Medicaid preferred.
• Strong PC proficiency required.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
