Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. seeks a Health Scientist II to provide advanced evaluation and implementation research support for DDT and THEEB.

The role conducts national assessments, designs evaluation plans and logic models, defines evaluation questions and indicators, and applies mixed methods to evaluate implementation processes and program outcomes. The incumbent will offer technical assistance to CDC staff, recipients, and partners, ensuring adherence to federal guidelines and

Qualifications

• Master's degree in public health, health science, epidemiology, evaluation, social science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in public health evaluation or implementation research.
• Experience conducting national assessments and developing evaluation plans, questions, indicators, and logic models.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting quantitative and qualitative data; familiarity with government procedures.

Responsibilities

• Experience conducting a national assessment of a program's inputs, activities, outputs and outcomes.
• Develop an evaluation plan with evaluation questions, indicators, and logic models.
• Design and conduct implementation research including fidelity, adaptations, reach, barriers and contextual factors.
• Facilitate meetings and provide training or technical assistance on evaluation methods and tools.
