Job summary

DataBank Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Health & Safety Specialist to support EHS programs across its data center operations in Dallas.

You will work with the Health & Safety Manager, Environmental Manager, and operations teams to promote a safe workplace, ensure compliance, maintain documentation, and support EHS initiatives. The role requires 1-3 years of EHS experience, knowledge of EHS management systems, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Degree in occupational health and safety or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional EHS experience.
• Safety certifications such as ASP, GSP, OSHA 10-hour, NFPA 70E.

Responsibilities

• Support EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
• Identify basic hazards and communicate findings.
• Track EHS corrective actions to completion.
• Assist with incident documentation and investigations.
• Maintain data for logs, training records, incidents, inspections.
• Support EHS monthly reporting.
• Assist with PPE inventories and compliance monitoring.
• Prepare employee communications like toolbox talks and safety alerts.
• Participate in JHAs, risk assessments, and safe work planning.
• Reinforce a culture of safety across the company.
• Assist with audit preparation and follow-up.
• Perform other EHS duties as assigned.
