Berkley Accident and Health is seeking a Health Risk Strategist (RN) to partner with clients and internal teams on population health and cost containment initiatives. This remote/hybrid role supports analytics-led risk management for stop loss and related programs across multiple client engagements.

The ideal candidate holds a nursing degree with an active license, has Stop Loss/Managed Care experience, and can travel up to 20% to client sites while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing with active, unrestricted nursing license in state of residence.
• Experience in Stop Loss, Managed Care, Population Health, Case Management, or healthcare cost containment.
• Strong analytical and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Travel 10–20% to client sites as needed.

Responsabilités

• Conduct health risk assessments, population health reviews, and claims analysis.
• Identify emerging trends, high-cost claim drivers, and intervention opportunities.
• Analyze clinical, claims, pharmacy, and utilization data to develop actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Clinical Consultant, Cost Containment RNs to connect risks to interventions.
• Review complex and high-cost claims to identify care management opportunities.
• Present recommendations and health risk insights to stakeholders clearly.
