Responsibilities

• Respond to telephonic sales inquiries, identify qualified prospects, provide rate quotes and enroll eligible consumers telephonically.
• Upsell and/or cross-sell products and provide guidance on insurance coverage.
• Conduct follow-up calls as needed.
