Job summary

Community Health Options is seeking a personable Member Services Associate to assist Members by phone, mail, and email, delivering accurate information and resolving issues with empathy. This seasonal, full-time remote role starts in November, offering eight-hour shifts from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a remote-friendly setup and equipment provided.

A seasonal hourly rate of $18.00 and up to a $500 completion bonus are available, with potential for permanent opportunities through January 2027 for those

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-level customer service.
• Prior call center experience preferred.
• Able to type quickly and accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist Members by phone, mail, and email with inquiries and issues.
• Resolve issues with first-call resolution and accurate information.
• Provide navigational support for health insurance processes and online systems.
• Support health care providers, agents, and brokers.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and internal partners.
