Alignerr is seeking a Health Informatics Analyst for AI training. This remote, hourly contract role focuses on evaluating AI-generated healthcare outputs and ensuring alignment with healthcare standards.

You will work asynchronously, applying expertise in EHR data, HL7, and interoperability to improve AI understanding of health information. Ideal candidates have healthcare data experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings clearly in writing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content, including EHR data interpretations, clinical summaries, and health system outputs.
• Identify inaccuracies, gaps in clinical reasoning, or misrepresentations of health information workflows.
• Provide structured, expert feedback on the quality and accuracy of AI responses in health informatics contexts.
• Apply your knowledge of data pipelines, reporting tools, and clinical systems to assess AI performance.
• Help ensure AI outputs align with real-world healthcare standards and best practices.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
