Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist to help train AI by evaluating clinical content, workflows, and EHR documentation from a frontline nursing perspective. This role focuses on accuracy, safety, and real-world usability of AI outputs.

You will work remotely on an hourly contract, 10–40 hours per week, collaborating with global AI teams to translate nursing practice into actionable feedback for model improvements.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with hands-on patient care experience.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and clinical documentation workflows.
• Ability to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing knowledge to evaluate AI-generated clinical content and workflows.
• Review AI outputs related to EHR systems and patient care for accuracy and safety.
• Identify gaps or oversimplifications in AI representations of nursing practice.
