Alignerr is seeking a Health Informatics Analyst to review and improve AI-trained healthcare content and workflows. You will bring clinical data expertise to evaluate AI outputs, ensure accuracy, and support healthcare decision-making.

The role offers a fully remote, flexible schedule with 10-40 hours per week on an hourly contract. You’ll collaborate with top AI research labs and contribute to cutting-edge health IT projects in a global, asynchronous setting.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content, clinical workflows, and EHR-related outputs for accuracy, completeness, and real-world applicability
• Review and assess AI responses to healthcare data scenarios, flagging errors, inconsistencies, or clinically unsafe recommendations
• Provide structured expert feedback on data quality, health information system logic, and clinical decision-support outputs
• Apply your knowledge of EHR systems, health data pipelines, and reporting tools to benchmark AI performance
• Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments at your own pace

Who You Are

• Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech), or clinical reporting platforms
• Strong analytical skills including data interpretation, trend analysis, and quality assessment
• Able to evaluate complex health information scenarios with clinical and operational context
• Clear written communication skills - you can articulate findings precisely and systematically
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation frameworks
• Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or population health
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or interoperability standards
