Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Hospital Health Data Governance Lead (AI Training) to ensure accuracy, privacy, and compliance of hospital data used in AI training at scale.

This remote hourly contract role offers flexible 10-40 hours per week and the opportunity to shape data governance practices across clinical and administrative domains. You will evaluate records, identify gaps, draft actionable feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, IT, and compliance

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare data governance or health information operations.
• Strong working knowledge of privacy regulations (HIPAA) and related standards.
• Ability to evaluate data quality across clinical, operational, and administrative domains.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and validate hospital health records for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and security against governance standards.
• Identify gaps and compliance risks in data structures, workflows, and documentation.
• Assess data policies for safe patient care and informed decision-making across clinical and IT contexts.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback on health data quality, classification, and governance controls.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
