Alignerr is seeking a Hospital Health Data Governance Lead to shape how AI training uses hospital health data. This fully remote hourly contract role supports governance standards, data quality, and regulatory alignment across clinical, IT, and compliance teams.

You will enable accurate, trusted data for patient care, analytics, and AI model development, applying HIPAA expertise and cross-functional collaboration to close gaps and drive scalable data governance in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare data governance, clinical data management, or health information operations.
• Familiar with HIPAA and healthcare privacy/compliance.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with clinical, IT, compliance, and leadership.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to assess complex data environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce governance standards for health records that are accurate, consistent, and secure.
