Alignerr seeks a Biotech Health Data Governance Lead to shape how AI training uses biotech and clinical data. This fully remote, hourly-contract role focuses on accurate, auditable data governance across research, regulatory, and partner ecosystems.

You'll define policies, enforce privacy and security controls, and collaborate with scientists, IT, and compliance teams to ensure data readiness for AI models and regulatory submissions. 10–40 hours/week, remote.

Qualificações

• Experience leading or implementing data governance programs in biotech, life sciences, clinical research, or regulated data environments.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy, security, and regulatory expectations for research and clinical data.
• Ability to work across diverse teams to align on data standards.

Responsabilidades

• Govern biotech research and clinical trial data to ensure accuracy, lineage, and auditability for analysis and submissions
• Define and enforce data policies covering classification, access controls, security, and metadata standards across teams
• Enable secure, governed data access for analytics while protecting patient information
• Collaborate with scientific, IT, compliance, and business stakeholders to align data standards
• Support development of high-quality datasets underpinning AI models in life sciences
