Alignerr is seeking a Hospital Health Data Governance Lead (AI Training) to shape governance for health data used in AI model training. The role is fully remote and contract-based, with flexible weekly hours and collaboration across clinical, IT, compliance, and leadership teams.

The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, privacy, and trust, enabling AI systems to leverage high-quality hospital data for patient care, regulatory reporting, and analytics.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in healthcare data governance, clinical data management, or health information operations.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory privacy frameworks.
• Experience working cross-functionally with clinical, IT, and administrative stakeholders.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with ability to assess complex data environments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
