Job summary

Alignerr Corp. seeks a Health Policy & Management - AI Data Trainer to help train and evaluate AI on complex health topics. Your domain expertise will shape how AI understands disease, policy, and population health.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role (10-40 hours/week). You will design scenarios, author expert solutions, audit AI outputs for accuracy and bias, and provide feedback to improve AI reasoning in real-world public health contexts.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Health (MPH) or MSPH or closely related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge in at least two of: Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Environmental Health, or Health Policy.
• Ability to translate complex health data into clear, accurate, and culturally sensitive written communication.
• High attention to detail - especially around statistical significance, source citations, and intervention logic.

Responsibilities

• Design complex public health scenarios - Create realistic, challenging problems involving disease outbreak simulations, health equity assessments, biostatistics interpretation, and policy analysis
• Author expert-level solutions - Write rigorous, evidence-based responses grounded in peer-reviewed research, epidemiological data, and established guidelines (CDC, WHO, and others)
• Audit AI-generated health content - Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, bias, ethical compliance, and logical consistency; identify gaps and misinformation in health reasoning
• Refine AI reasoning - Provide structured feedback to help models distinguish correlation from causation, communicate health risks clearly, and respond appropriately across diverse populations
