Datavant is seeking a data entry professional to support remote processing of electronic medical records. You will handle data entry tasks across multiple EMR systems while maintaining high accuracy and confidentiality.

The role requires six months of data entry experience, a high school diploma, and strong proficiency with Windows applications. This is a remote, full-time position with benefits and opportunity to contribute to healthcare data initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months plus Data Entry experience.
• EMR experience A+.
• Experience in a healthcare environment or release of information setting preferred.
• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
• Computer skills including Windows-based applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Adaptable to changing business environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter accurate data when assigned by team lead.
• Remote processing of electronic medical records through various EMR systems as directed.
• Respond to changing priorities with minimal supervision.
• Report any technical difficulties as soon as they occur.
• Meet required metrics for your role - CPH (Charts Per Hour) & Attendance.
• Participate in all training assigned by your supervisor.
• Safeguard patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Read documentation and follow instructions to ensure compliance.
