The Judge Group is seeking a Health Data Engineering Lead for a remote role delivering data and analytics initiatives for a top-tier federal government contractor. You will guide a technical team, manage delivery, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

The role focuses on healthcare data, ingestion, transformation, validation, and building scalable pipelines using Databricks, Python, and SQL, with client-facing collaboration and delivery ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of delivering data, analytics, or related technical solutions.
• 3+ years leading technical teams or delivery.
• Strong data engineering experience: ingestion, ETL/ELT, transformation, data quality.
• Hands-on Databricks, Python, and SQL experience.
• Experience with healthcare data and working with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex healthcare data analytics initiatives.
• Direct data engineers, analysts, and tech teams on priorities and risks.
• Bridge business and technical teams to translate requirements.
• Oversee data ingestion, transformation, validation, and integration.
• Design scalable data pipelines using modern data engineering practices.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to resolve data issues.
• Ensure data quality and readiness for downstream analytics.
• Lead technical discussions, document approaches, and communicate risks.
