Foundation for Community Impact & Health Equity in Ridgeway, SC seeks a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to develop and implement a communications strategy that paints the Foundation’s mission across diverse channels and boosts community engagement for health-focused projects.

Responsibilities include media relations, social media and website content, editorial calendars, and coordinating press materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or related field.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Experience in public health communications a plus.
• Ability to develop and execute multimedia campaigns.
• Experience using social media platforms and CMS.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a media relations expert and protect the organization’s reputation.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive communications plan and editorial calendar.
• Create content for social media, website, press releases, and reports.
• Coordinate events and media outreach for health-related projects.
• Support grant proposals and reporting to funders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
