Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a communications and content marketing specialist to support internal communications and content strategy, guiding the editorial cycle from creation to delivery for company-wide materials distributed to large audiences online, by email, and in live presentations.

You will write, review, and revise materials to align with plans, manage the editorial process with internal partners, ensure brand adherence, and develop internal content channels and promotional items

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in communications or marketing.
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro, Adobe InDesign, Camtasia, Sharepoint, Bananatag, Microsoft Suite (PPT, Excel, and Word), and Qualtrics.

Responsibilities

• Write, review and revise materials that align with the communication or marketing plan, including emails, newsletters or promotional materials.
• Manage the editorial process from creation to delivery and for content with internal partners to support overarching communications and/or marketing strategy, including reporting on content-related metrics.
• Design, review and revise department and partner/client content distributed to ensure accuracy, readability and brand adherence.
• Create deliverables to promote and implement internal-facing initiatives such as awareness building, engagement events, education or incentive programs.
• Create artifacts and coordinate or deliver changes for internal website(s) and develop, implement and maintain associated internal media channels.
• Order and track promotional items for all products and all service areas while ensuring budget compliance and reporting financial impact.
• Develop and maintain professional contacts and relationships with printers, graphic artists and other vendors.
