Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience or solving issues/concerns.
• Ability to handle 50–70 calls daily with focus and accuracy.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries on benefits, eligibility, and claims.
• Educate customers about benefits and help them enroll in plans.
• Navigate myuhc.com and other UnitedHealth Group sites with guidance to self-sufficiency.
• Handle rotating 8-hour EST shifts and maintain focus during calls.
