BodySpec seeks a Remote Health Consultant to guide clients through their DEXA data with empathy and precision. You’ll be the first voice callers hear, helping them understand body composition and build healthy habits.

No scripts — just real conversations that respect the data and the client’s goals. You’ll work remotely from the US, with a schedule that includes weekday evenings, deliver high-volume support, and collaborate with events and operations for pre-scan communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong working knowledge of CX KPIs, metrics, and best practices.
• Ability to adapt quickly and pass an internal knowledge assessment within 90 days.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with empathy across clients.
• Genuine interest in health, wellness, and fitness, including DEXA basics.
• US-based with reliable internet and a quiet home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound client interactions across phone, email, text, and Slack.
• Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling and cancellations with precision.
• Answer client questions on nutrition, health, fitness, and DEXA with clear guidance.
• Coordinate with events and operations on outbound communications before scans.
• De-escalate and triage complex or sensitive client situations with composure.
• Suggest process improvements and help refine CX standards.
