Ethos is seeking heads of strategy to help train a leading language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations across core workflows, including annual strategy decks, market landscapes, growth cases, competitive briefs, and CEO/board materials.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in a corporate strategy team, preferably ex-MBB/Big 4, and demonstrate expert-level PowerPoint skills with meticulous written communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a corporate strategy team at a significant company (ex-MBB/Big 4 a plus)
• Track record of producing CEO- and board-level strategy materials
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: annual strategy review decks, market landscape presentations, growth initiative business cases, competitive intelligence briefings, CEO/board offsite materials, and OKR/portfolio reviews
