Job summary

Sun Home Saunas is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead our multi-channel revenue strategy across DTC and commercial partnerships. This leadership role combines hands-on sales execution with strategic pipeline management, reporting to the executive team, and guiding channel expansion in wellness, luxury, and home goods.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in senior sales leadership, a proven track record of scaling high-ticket deals, and comfort with a remote work setup and travel for trade

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales leadership experience across DTC and B2B/Commercial.
• Proven ability to scale high-ticket consumer or luxury/wellness products.
• Experience closing complex multi-stakeholder deals.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Sun Home’s overall sales strategy across DTC and Commercial channels.
• Lead multi-channel sales teams and coach new Sales Managers.
• Develop playbooks, scripts and best practices for each channel.
• Provide regular sales forecasting, metrics, and executive reporting.
• Represent Sun Home at trade shows and partner meetings to grow pipeline.
