Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Manager of BI Architecture in the United States to lead the design and scale of an enterprise data warehouse and reporting infrastructure. You will work closely with Finance, Revenue Ops, and other teams to deliver reliable, data-driven insights and governance.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, evaluating cloud data technologies and guiding architectural decisions while mentoring the BI team. Remote-friendly with national scope.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise data architecture, BI, or data management with scalable environments.
• Experience designing/implementing enterprise data warehouses.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and data integration skills.
• Hands-on with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure or similar cloud platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and leadership to mentor BI teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain a scalable enterprise data warehouse and reporting infrastructure.
• Evaluate data architectures and cloud platforms to balance performance, cost, and requirements.
• Develop data models, integration frameworks, and governance practices across systems.
• Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Ops, Customer Success, and People for reporting needs.
• Enable historical reporting, trend analysis, and KPI tracking across metrics.
• Lead BI initiatives from planning to delivery and mentor team members.
• Translate complex concepts to executives and stakeholders.
