Job summary

Flex is building an AI-native private bank for premium business owners. The role owns Flex's card programs end to end, including ledger, processing, servicing, fulfillment, BIN sponsor relationships, and network relations.

You will lead processor strategy, ensure vendor accountability, and drive both technical and commercial negotiations to enable multiple concurrent programs. The candidate will build the operating model to scale the portfolio twentyfold and recruit the next layer of the card

Qualifications

• Experience owning a card program from scratch.
• Deep knowledge of BIN sponsors, issuer processors, and card networks.
• 8–12 years of senior experience; leadership potential.
• Ability to read vendor decks and separate truth from sales theater.

Responsibilities

• Own every layer of card programs: ledger, processing, servicing, fulfillment, BIN sponsor management, network relationships.
• Lead processor strategy and the direct network relationship; hold vendors accountable; drive negotiations.
• Build the operational infrastructure that supports multiple concurrent card programs.
• Architect the path to scale the portfolio by 20x+ with a scalable operating model.
• Recruit the next layer of card programs team and define hiring needs.
• Translate technical complexity of card issuing into clear product decisions for the company.
