Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Company Operations Lead to own the infrastructure that keeps velocity as the company scales. You’ll build the right systems across a 50-country, hybrid organization, aligning leadership and driving cross-functional initiatives.

You’ll establish the operating cadence, enable AI capabilities across teams, and deploy an Operations Centre of Excellence to embed best practices throughout the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and leading a Strategy & Operations function at a high-growth tech company.
• Experience standing up functions and systems from scratch and handing them off.
• Structured problem-solving background with strategic scope and executive influence.
• Strong AI tooling fluency and ability to push the organization on AI enablement.
• Exceptional stakeholder management in a flat, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operating Cadence: Run planning and alignment cycles including OKR, workforce, and headcount planning.
• Operating System: Build and maintain infrastructure, governance, and knowledge systems for remote-first teams.
• AI Enablement & Agentification: Enable teams to work with AI, manage tool access, and drive adoption.
• Operations Centre of Excellence: Define what great operations look like and embed it across the company.
